At the heart of public mobility with the city of Rotterdam.

Fourleaf were approached to create a strong visual identity for a high profile event organised to highlight the need to improve its public mobility.

One of the most important challenges for cities of the future is to organise mobility in a smart and healthy way so that everyone can participate. Ensuring these themes were at the heart of all communication materials and conveyed through clear messaging and engaging content was key.

Capturing the essence of the event

For the event and its associated campaign materials to appeal to the target audiences, it was vital that the visual identity reflected the values and objectives of the Mobility Matters initiative. We presented City of Rotterdam with three creative concepts, showing them an array of potential routes which then allowed them to make a well-informed choice on how best to present their message.

Building familiarity through a cohesive identity

The chosen logo, branding and visual style was then applied across all event materials from large backdrops, narrow casting and signage to name badges, flyers and other print collateral. With an online presence also required, the Fourleaf team designed and built a responsive website with sign up functionality and event information. The cohesion and consistency across these materials ensures they are instantly recognisable and all work together to add professionalism and impact to the event.

Forming long-term relationships with clients

‘Mobility Matters’ was originally planned as a standalone event, however, thanks to its huge success the City of Rotterdam plans to host it again in 2020. We’re excited to be a part of this and to collaborate further on the foundation we have already created.

“Your team absolutely amazed us with high level of quality that was delivered in such a short timeframe. Thank you so much for making this event a success.”
