Interactive tutorials, making training simple
Tutorials are typically used to create step-by-step guides showing individuals how to use a specific tool or new piece of software. These can be extremely useful when face to face training isn’t a viable option or can even work as a back up or reference to one-on-one training. Online tutorials are available 24/7 and can be either a basic guide, introducing users to a new interface, or can be used to demonstrate more complex processes.
Aside from the obvious advantage of teaching your staff how to use that piece of software that you have had developed, thus maximising its potential, a well produced tutorial will be a users first port of call. If it successfully answers their questions, it will reduce the load on your expensive IT Helpdesk.
Tutorials can be interactive help files showing the users exactly how they use a system and the best way to complete their tasks. Not only does this solve the immediate problems associated with a new roll-out but also the longer term problems of training new staff later on.
At Fourleaf we have a proven track record and have demonstrated that well made tutorials can provide a return on their cost many times over.
