Fourleaf Case Studies
Anthony Stewart
Anthony Stewart is a firm of UK land agents operating out of the City of London. Their primary role is to identify areas of land that is considered to be prime land for rezoning and future development.
Once the land has been acquired by Anthony Stewart they divide the land into house sized plots and sell that land to prospective investors. Taking into account the UK governments plans for future house building, the investments that their clients make can make significant returns.
Our work with Anthony Stewart
Corporate identity
The select nature of their client base led us to develop and bold, striking but elegant identity solution consisting of black, white and a series greys. The typeface is clean and simple and has a modern and city based focus to it. The addition of the iconic elements to the top left are also designed to illustrate their process into a clear device signifying the whole being divided into equal proportions and then being sold onto investors.
Corporate stationery
The Corporate stationery suite that Fourleaf designed utilizes the bold forms of the core identity. The business cards having all of the main details on the front and the reverse being used to illustrate the icon set from the identity. The letterheads and comp slips also utilize the icon set which is displayed in a bold and purposeful upwards and forwards direction.
Brochure design
For the brochures, Fourleaf designed a folder style brochure which also had a 4 printed page insert attached to the centre fold. This created enough space for general content about the company, its purpose and methods to be displayed while still making it functional so that the client could add multiple inserts. Each insert would detail a specific land investment opportunity for the client to choose from.
The brochures and inserts were printed on a carefully selected uncoated paper stock so that it has a natural feel and quality but so that the blacks remained deep and rich which can often be lost with uncoated paper stocks.
