It’s all too easy for companies to claim the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. How they bend over backwards for their clients. How they listen to their customers needs and deliver a solution. How they always meet deadlines even in the face of adversity. How we’re a name and not a number. We all get tired beyond belief with conceited smiles and the exchange of cold pleasantries. People telling us to “have a nice day” and asking us “is there anything else I can help you with today?”

So we’re not going to. As a wise but gravitationally disadvantaged man once said “the proof is in the pudding” so take a bite and we won’t disappoint.
